While we’re always itinerary-first cruisers, when a deal comes up for a ship we’ve not been on, and especially when it’s a ship that’s unique in terms of class in its fleet, then we become more interested. Cherbourg, sadly, is not a great port to visit, even on a Saturday, and this cruise would hammer that home to us, but it was nice to return to Guernsey where you can usually find something to see or just enjoy some beers somewhere.
